Mooks Design prides itself on our personalised gifts. This section explains how the process works, from order to despatch.
How does the order process work?
When you order personalised products from the Mooks website, you’ll be able to add all of the relevant details online.
Once we’ve received your order — and the confirmation has been sent out — we will design your digital proof and email it to the address provided, when you placed your order.
We require an emailed sign-off before we proceed with manufacturing your product.
Nothing is sent to print/cut without your prior approval.
If errors are discovered after this time, Mooks cannot be held responsible.
We are happy to make 1 or 2 minor revisions to your design, but further revisions may incur a fee for additional design time.
Personalised prints and other items made to order can take 14-21 days to produce, so please drop us an email if you need the items sooner, and we’ll try and speed things up for you.
